Hi, I'm Andrea! I've lived in Florida my WHOLE life. The beaches and the tropics keep me here and I wouldn't have it any other way. I was born and raised in Miami, FL then I lived in Orlando, FL (I love theme parks!) for a little bit before I settled in beautiful

Palm Beach County because South Florida is my true home.

       Outside of real estate, I'm a mother to two wonderful kids and graphic designer. Be rest assured the marketing materials for your house if you sell with me will be beautifully designed! Before becoming a realtor, I ran a successful Etsy shop from home for almost 7 years selling my designs on apparel so I'm not new to marketing, sales, and delivering fantastic customer service. During my personal home buying and investing experiences, I've grown to fall in love with real estate and decided to move my talents to becoming a realtor. I'm a big believer that if you are too contempt with where you are in life, you will never grow and prosper.

      I service St. Lucie county down to north Miami-Dade county (with some exceptions for Miami). I specialize in residential sales and short-term investment sales. Fun fact about me is that I took advanced calculus classes for fun in college so I have a love for crunching numbers, especially for my clients!
