HOW CAN I HELP YOU

The home buying and selling process can be incredibly daunting but it doesn't have to be when you have a knowledgable realtor on your side doing all the heavy lifting. This is where I come in to assist you with helping to find your perfect home, or your next profitable investment property, or selling your home to upgrade to the next!

BUY

Buying a home can be so exciting! It's a huge step but there's so much joy in viewing homes and finding the one that you absolutely see yourself living in.

  • If you plan on financing, one of the first steps is getting you pre-approved if you aren't already. I have a list of lenders I trust that I can connect you with.

  • We will go over all the important details of what you are wanting in a home. This will include: location, price range, home type, and other details.

  • I will ask you tons of questions so that I can start showing you homes that meet your criteria.

  • Once we find one you love, I'll write up an offer at your request.

  • When your offer is accepted, I'll assist in scheduling inspections, make negotiations, and getting everything ready to close.

SELL

Selling your home is a big decision and can seem like a daunting task. Whether you're needing to move or looking to upgrade, I will help make the process easy while getting top dollar for your home.

  • We will schedule a listing appointment where I will go to your home and discuss the home selling process and your motivation as to why and when you are wanting to sell.

  • Getting your home ready to list: This may include making repairs and decluttering.

  • Once your home is show-ready, I'll have a professional photographer take pictures of your home. Pictures are what can make or break your listing!

  • After your home goes live, I will market the home and host open houses.

  • Yay, you accepted an offer and you're under contract! This is where I make sure everything is set in place on the back end for closing day while you focus on moving out of your home.

INVEST

Are you a new or seasoned investor? We all know time is money so a realtor who will take their time in responding and assisting you will only cost you money you don't need to waste. I'm attentive and enjoy the thrill of finding my investors their next income-producing property!

  • We will go over all the details and specs you're wanting in an investment property such as the type of property (SFH, condo/TH, multi-family, or commercial).

  • Money is the motive here. I will calculate the cap rate and present to you all the important numbers such as potential ROI.

  • For short term rentals and Airbnbs, I'll calculate the occupancy rate and average nightly rate based on location, home type, rooms, and amenities.

  • Numbers look good? I will go ahead and put in the offer at your request.

  • I will negotiate for you on your behalf. The more money you get to keep, the better!
